How to convert Markdown syntax to Confluence syntax?
Work uses Confluence, which has a horrible markup syntax. And, since I try to use Markdown all the time, it would be very convenient if I had some way to convert my document to Confluence.
Markdown to Confluence Converter potential sites/links
- Markdown to Confluence Converter
- Convert markdown or rst to Atlassian Confluance documentation format - probably an easier way, though, not as nice feeling as a script
- Just Enough Developed Infrastructure
- markdown - has a lot of Markdown links and info that are good
- Markdown to Confluence uploader - md2confl script
This/these scripts (only one right now) might help me to convert my Markdown documents to Confluence one way or another. I'll have to try them out to see what works the best.
Wanted to keep a list of these, as it's something that always comes up when I document something. I hate Confluence markup, so ... Anything that will help me stay there is good.
Interesting Markdown sites
Has nothing to do with confluence, but looked interesting - it might actually be something that could be used (after looking a little more closely).
- Demobox - demo page generator -- Demobox is a quick & stylish way of getting a demo page up and running for your new react component.
Sigh
So, it doesn't seem that there is a great solution available and it will probably have to be something that I write, if I really want it. Will have to think about that.
